Responsibilities

• Manage the expense scrub process.
• Supervise and train offshore consultants.
• Handle prior-owner general ledger (GL) account mapping for acquisitions.
• Maintain and roll forward PM reclass sheet updates.
• Perform monthly completeness checks.
• Prepare and post PM accruals; coordinate related communications.
• Process alter worksheet requests.
• Ensure mid-month move-out recovery updates are completed.
• Review monthly workpapers.
• Review acquisition- and disposition-related entries, as needed.
• Ensure monthly tasks and property assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Support ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Accounting degree preferred.
• CPA/MBA preferred.

Required Skills

• Property accounting, development accounting, Constructional accounting.
• Accounting, GL accounting, month end closing, reconciliation, CAM, real estate.

Preferred Skills

• Property accounting, CAM reconciliation, Real estate accounting.
