Alex Hanna Law, P.A. is growing! We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and bilingual Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and handle cases through both the pre-suit and litigation stages.This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or an attorney with up to three years of experience who wants to develop strong negotiation skills, gain meaningful litigation experience, and advance their legal career.

What You'll DoIn this role, you will have the opportunity to handle personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement or litigation, gaining valuable experience in all phases of case management.
Key Responsibilities:Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including both pre-suit and litigation.Evaluate claims, review medical records, analyze insurance coverage, and develop case strategies.Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.Conduct client consultations and maintain consistent communication regarding case developments.Coordinate with medical providers and case management staff regarding client treatment and medical billing.Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, examinations under oath (EUOs), and independent medical examinations (IMEs), as appropriate.Manage litigation deadlines, discovery, and trial preparation.Advocate for clients throughout the legal process and work toward favorable case outcomes.
What We're Looking ForActive Florida Bar membership in good standing – Required.0–3 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish – PreferredNewly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment to client advocacy.Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and develop litigation and trial skills.
