Gravity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale technology deployment projects in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
This is a high-impact role supporting complex infrastructure and technology modernization initiatives. The Project Manager will help lead multiple concurrent project scopes, ensuring work stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned across technical teams, vendors, logistics, and business stakeholders.
This is not a traditional desk-based PM role. The right candidate will be comfortable operating in high-pressure, changing environments where priorities shift quickly, timelines are critical, and clear communication is required.
Responsibilities:Manage multiple concurrent project scopes during large-scale technology deploymentsCoordinate across technical teams, vendors, logistics teams, field teams, project managers, and business stakeholdersSupport technology projects involving network upgrades, infrastructure modernization, data center refreshes, CCTV/security systems, application deployments, hardware rollouts, and related technology initiativesTrack project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and delivery timelinesSupport project startup, execution, punch list, and closeout activitiesCommunicate clearly with leadership when priorities, timelines, budgets, or project conditions changeTravel for deployment assignments as needed, potentially several weeks at a time
Required Experience:7–10+ years of project/program management experienceExperience managing 7+ concurrent scopes or workstreamsExperience managing large project budgets, ideally $5M+Background in infrastructure, hardware, network, data center, construction, logistics, field deployment, or other physical technology deployment environmentsStrong vendor management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and project tracking experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with limited handholdingMust be able to work onsite in Miramar, FL Monday–ThursdayMust be open to travel assignments that may last several weeks at a time
Preferred Tools:Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, SAP, or similar project tracking / financial tracking tools
Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM who has owned complex, multi-scope deployments and can stay organized when plans change. This person should be direct, proactive, accountable, comfortable escalating issues, and able to manage vendors, technical teams, budgets, and timelines in a demanding project environment. xzbcwsv
