We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who possess strong communication skills and experience in handling international customers.

Location : Pune (Candidates must be currently based in Pune)

Shift : Australian Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally through voice support.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to quality standards.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to interact confidently with international customers.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Pune.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
