Profile Summary:
Mayo College Girls' School invites applications for a Professional Career Counsellor to advise and counsel students and to enhance academic engagements, and academic accomplishments.
Work closely with parents to address their concerns and provide resources for supporting students' career growth.
Required Qualification: Master’s Degree in Counseling/Guidance.
Work Experience: Min 2-3 years of Counselling experience, preferably in a school environment.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of career assessment tools and techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, teachers, and community stakeholders.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
Proficiency in computer skills and experience using counseling software and online resources.
