Job Description * Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout * Manage schedules, subcontractors, and daily site activities * Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget * Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams * Maintain quality control and enforce company safety standards * Drive project progress and proactively resolve field challenges * Monitor manpower needs and subcontractor performance * Deliver successful commercial and healthcare renovation projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant * 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing construction projects * Commercial construction experience required * Healthcare project experience strongly preferred * Proven ability to manage project schedules and field operations * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and subcontractors * Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area What's on Offer * Base salary: up to $115K * Project performance bonuses * Annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus * 100% employee healthcare coverage * life insurance benefit * 4% company 401(k) match * Benefits eligible on day one * 2 weeks PTO to start * 3 weeks PTO after one year * 4 weeks PTO after three years
