Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a Privacy Attorney with 4+ years of experience with data privacy and security compliance to join a firm that has offices in Boulder and Denver, CO. Responsibilities for this position include: advising and counseling clients on privacy and cybersecurity matters, drafting privacy policies, implementing internal policies and governance, assessing corporate privacy compliance, data breach preparedness and response, and product design and development.
