Role: Senior Associate – Record to Report (RTR)- Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

Notice Period: Available to Join Immediately or within 30 days

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Reporting (FR) Associate with 2–5 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (RTR), month-end close, financial

statement preparation, and statutory compliances.

Must-Have Skills

Accounting & Financial Reporting

 Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP or Ind AS).

 Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting.

 Experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.

 Experience in month-end/quarter-end closing activities, including:

 Accruals

 Prepaid reclassifications

 Journal entries

 Ledger closing

 Preparation of Financial Statements.

 Strong understanding of accrual accounting.

Statutory Compliance

 Working knowledge of:

 GST

 TDS

 Income Tax

 Companies Act compliances

 Experience in supporting statutory audits and statutory compliances.

Core Accounting

 Accounts Payable (AP)

 Accounts Receivable (AR)

 Bank Reconciliation

 General Ledger Reconciliation

 Journal Entries (including manual adjustments)

Systems & Tools

 Tally (Mandatory)

 Advanced MS Excel:

 SUMIFS

 VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP

 Pivot Tables

 Others

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

 Exposure to IFRS or US GAAP.

 Experience with Zoho Books or Quick Books.

 Working knowledge of Intercompany Accounting & Eliminations.

 Experience in MIS Reporting.

 Exposure to Budgeting & Forecasting.

 Financial Analysis experience.

 Experience in Process Improvement, Standardization, or Automation initiatives.

Soft Skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 High attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication skills.

 Ability to manage deadlines during month-end closing.

Qualifications

 Education: B. Com/M. Com, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance).

 Experience: 2–5 years in Finance & Accounting, with good exposure to Indian Accounting

Standards.
