In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients and caregivers.
