Legacy Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical operations and leadership on our inpatient care units. In this role, you will partner with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily staffing, patient flow, and quality outcomes while modeling evidence-based nursing practice. You will provide direct patient care as needed, coach and mentor nursing staff, support onboarding and education, and help lead quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives. This position works collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a patient-centered, culturally responsive environment aligned with Legacy Health’s mission.
