Role Description The Studio Manager (Luxury Lighting) will oversee the daily operations of a luxury lighting studio in Hyderabad, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the studio floor, supervising staff, coordinating project timelines, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Studio Manager will handle customer inquiries, guide clients through product options, and support sales activities to meet revenue targets. The role also includes coordinating with designers, vendors, and installation teams, managing schedules, and monitoring inventory and order status. The Studio Manager will be responsible for reporting on studio performance, implementing process improvements, and fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide a premium, professional experience. Demonstrated Team Leadership and basic Project Management skills to supervise studio staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of lighting projects. Sales experience with the ability to support consultative selling, upselling, and closing deals within a luxury or design-focused environment.
