Position: Junior Architect & Project Architect WORK IN OFFICE ONLY CTC: Hike depends on market standard percentage, years of experience,, skillsets and experience Experience: 4 years exp Qualification: B.Arch, M. Arch, Diploma in Architecture Working days: Mon. to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off) Working time: 9.30am to 6pm Job description: • Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing. • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Integration and Project Management to coordinate with consultants and support project schedules and deliverables. • Candidates should possess relevant software skills, such as proficiency in CAD, 3D modelling, and presentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Premier Pro,D5 Render, Lumion). • Candidates should possess good knowledge of local building codes, DCPR regulations, materials, construction methods, and design principles. • Candidates should possess a professional degree in Architecture and strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. • Candidates should possess the ability to easily commute to our office address, manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
