Assistant Manager – People Analytics | Power BI Developer

Level: Sr Exec/Assistant Manager

Contract : 6months

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to build People Analytics dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources and generate actionable insights.

This is a technical individual contributor role with a strong focus on Power BI, data modelling, visualization and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.

Consolidate data from multiple sources and build a common, reliable data model .

Use Power Query / M, DAX and data modelling to transform data and develop analytics.

Create visually compelling dashboards with effective charts, drill-downs, filters and dynamic views.

Automate recurring MIS and reporting , reducing manual Excel-based reporting.

Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks.

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, outliers and key drivers .

Generate insights across headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce movement, compensation and other people metrics.

Translate analytical findings into simple, actionable insights .

Technical Skills

Must Have

Strong hands-on Power BI experience

DAX and Power Query / M

Data modelling and data transformation

Strong Excel and data analytics skills

Excellent data visualization skills

Experience working with multiple data sources

Good to Have

SQL/Tableau

Power BI Service / scheduled refreshes

Workday / SuccessFactors or other HR systems

Python or other analytics tools

Experience

2–5 years in Power BI, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or People Analytics.

HR experience is not mandatory .

Ideal Candidate

A strong Power BI developer with an analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, can handle messy datasets, build clean analytical models and turn complex data into simple, insightful and visually compelling dashboards .
