<p></p><p><b>QUALITY ASSURANCE NPD ENGINEER </b> </p> <p></p> <p><b>We are Hiring: Quality Assurance &amp; NPD Engineer (Automotive Sheet Metal)<br /> </b><b>Location: Sector -24  </b>Faridabad (Candidates must be based in NCR or willing to relocate) </p> <p>We are looking for a high-ownership, growth-oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team<br /> and take full responsibility for quality systems, customer satisfaction, and new product development.<br /> This is not a routine QA role — we are looking for someone who wants to build, improve,<br /> and lead quality systems in a fast-growing manufacturing setup. </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities<br /> </b>Implement and drive 5S &amp; continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor<br /> Handle and resolve customer complaints with root cause analysis (RCA, CAPA)<br /> Lead quality assurance &amp; quality control processes for sheet metal manufacturing<br /> Prepare for and manage TS / IATF audits<br /> Work closely with production for process improvements and defect reduction<br /> Drive New Product Development (NPD) from quality perspective (PPAP, documentation, validation)<br /> Ensure adherence to OEM-level quality standards </p> <p><b>Requirements<br /> </b>5+ years experience in sheet metal manufacturing<br /> Strong exposure to automotive OEM / Tier suppliers (preferred)<br /> Hands-on experience with TS/IATF standards &amp; audits<br /> Experience in customer quality, complaint handling, and documentation<br /> Knowledge of 5S, Lean, and quality tools (7 QC tools, RCA, etc.)<br /> Ability to take ownership and lead independently </p>
