Company: Novozen Health Care LLC.Location: North Chicago, ILEmployment Type: Contract – 12 MonthsJob ResponsibilitiesAuthor and execute DeltaV decommissioning protocols for existing GMP manufacturing systems and equipment.Support decommissioning activities involving tanks, bioreactors, process skids, and associated control systems.Execute decommissioning of DeltaV control modules, equipment controls, and associated PI points/tags.Support DeltaV Batch-related activities as required.Coordinate with engineering, validation, automation, and project stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and decommissioning of systems.Prepare and manage a high volume of decommissioning protocols, approximately 100–150 protocols.Support D3-related protocol activities as needed.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV in a GMP pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment.Experience authoring and executing validation and decommissioning protocols.Knowledge of DeltaV control modules, equipment controls, and system architecture.Experience with Impact Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Change Controls.Strong understanding of GMP validation and documentation practices.Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech GMP experience.Ability to independently manage high-volume protocol generation and execution.Experience with DeltaV Batch is preferred.Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.Pay ScaleAnticipated hourly pay range $50–$60 per hour on W2.BenefitsEmployees hired into this position are eligible for the following benefits, subject to the applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements:Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available through a third-party provider.
