b Overview /b p In this Investment Analyst role, you support AMS Product Management by delivering analytical leverage on portfolio positioning, risk, and market trends. You act as a knowledge hub for internal stakeholders and help shape client solutions and investment approaches. You’ll contribute to marketing materials, RFP reviews, and workflow automation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers exposure to a global team and opportunities to refine presentation and analytical skills while aligning with Wellington’s long-term client focus. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li office 4 days a week, remote 1 day /li li equal opportunity employer /li li diversified workforce commitment /li li development opportunities /li li global collaboration /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Analyze portfolio positioning, attribution, and risk to inform investment decisions /li li Support market trend analysis and competitive positioning assessments /li li Contribute to marketing materials and responses to client questions (RFPs) /li li Assist in developing client solutions and new investment approaches /li li Automate workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration /li li Coordinate with internal stakeholders across global teams to address inquiries /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials /li li 2–5 years of relevant experience (progress toward CFA/CAIA preferred) /li li Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and draw conclusions /li li Good judgment, curiosity, and ability to offer a differentiated perspective /li li Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset /li li Clear, concise written and oral communication /li li Proactive, able to work independently and in a global team /li li Strong technical skills; mastery of MS Excel and familiarity with Factset (plus, not essential) /li li Ability to manage time effectively and perform under pressure /li /ul ul li collaborative /li li professional /li li curiosity /li li initiative /li li MS Excel /li li Factset /li /ul
