This role is focused on accurately writing repair orders, determining warranty eligibility, managing customer-pay repairs, and ensuring approvals are obtained efficiently. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help control costs, maintain compliance, and keep vehicles moving through the service process smoothly.By ensuring repairs are properly documented and approved, you play a key role in delivering quality vehicles and supporting HoneyCar’s promise of The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™.
