We support clients across aerospace, semiconductor, advanced materials, polymers, chemicals, energy, sustainability, manufacturing, and medical device industries by simplifying access to testing expertise through a single point of contact.

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage client relationships, develop testing solutions, coordinate projects, and support business growth. You will work closely with engineers, scientists, R&D teams, laboratory partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently from inquiry through report delivery.

This role combines technical consulting, project coordination, account management, and business development, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy both technical problem-solving and client-facing responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts

• Understand testing requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

• Coordinate with laboratories and internal teams to ensure successful project execution

• Manage quotations, follow-ups, and project timelines

• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities

• Support clients across a wide range of materials, technologies, and industries
