Job Description Lead day-to-day field operations on municipal, K-12, and light industrial construction projects. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion on time and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Enforce safety standards and proactively promote a strong safety culture on site. Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications. Work closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and manage project risks. Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication with clients and internal teams. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering municipal, K-12 education, government, or light industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Experience working on ground-up and renovation/adaptive reuse projects is highly preferred. Proficiency with construction technology platforms and project management software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Stable construction career history with a reputation for delivering successful projects.
