Sap vim consultant

** Nordic / Finland client/project experience is essential **
Location: India remote / WFH
⏱️ Start: Immediate, or within 2–4 weeks
Contract: 6–12 months initially
Seniority: 12+ years SAP experience, including 8+ years in SAP VIM
This role will suit a senior SAP VIM specialist with strong S/4 HANA experience and hands-on knowledge of invoice processing across Nordic or Finnish environments.
Key experience required:
✅ Strong SAP VIM experience on S/4 HANA 2022 or newer
✅ VIM Document Processing configuration
✅ DP Document Types and validation rules
✅ PO and Non-PO invoice scenarios
✅ Paper, email, EDI, OCR/scanning and e Invoice input channels
✅ Fiori-based approval workflows, including My Inbox
✅ Workflow, exception handling and post-processing
✅ FI/MM integration
✅ AIF/interface integration
✅ ICR/ICC/Business Center integration exposure
Nordic / Finland experience is essential, including:
✅ Finnish or Nordic AP/P2 P processes
✅ Local VAT handling
✅ EU invoice compliance
✅ Intrastat-related invoice considerations
✅ Nordic invoicing standards, including e Invoices, scanning and OCR flows
Experience in regulated or pharmaceutical environments would be highly beneficial.
