Company Description Pranar Oil And Chemicals is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for accounting, cost tracking, inventory control, and statutory support related to Company operations. The role works closely with office accounts teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational control.


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and book keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer collections.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
  • Sound Knowledge on GST & TDS compliance to be undertaken on routine transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in financial analysis.
  • Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience requirements may vary).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
