Visual Communication Designer

Role Description The Visual Communication Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves developing visual concepts and designs that reflect Mulmul’s brand ethos across digital and print touchpoints, including social media assets, lookbooks, packaging, in-store collaterals, and campaign materials. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to translate brand stories into clear, engaging visual narratives and maintain consistent brand identity.

Design premium packaging, labels, tags, inserts, and seasonal gifting collateral.

* Develop impactful marketing communication across print, digital, social media, website, emailers, and campaign creatives.

* Create high-quality print-ready artwork for lookbooks, brochures, retail branding, POSM, and event collateral.

* Maintain and evolve Mulmul’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

* Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, VM, and Product teams to bring campaigns and product launches to life.

* Work with print and packaging partners to ensure exceptional production quality and timely execution.

* Stay ahead of design, typography, packaging, and luxury branding trends to continuously enhance the brand’s visual language.

P.Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Communication Design and Visual Communication, with the ability to translate brand values into clear visual narratives.
• Skills in Branding and Corporate Design to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Graphics and related tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent design software).
• Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands, with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative studio environment and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with digital content creation, social media assets, and basic understanding of printing processes is an advantage.
