ResponsibilitiesConnect with clients who have requested information and guide them through their optionsConduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phoneMaintain consistent communication with clients and internal support teamsCollaborate with peers and leadership to deliver a high-quality client experienceAchieve performance benchmarks that unlock advancement and increased earning potentialRemain compliant with all state insurance and licensing requirementsParticipate in weekly virtual trainings and team meetingsBuild and maintain a long-term book of business using company-provided and self-generated leadsHelp families identify protection and financial solutions aligned with their goals
QualificationsExperience in sales, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not requiredComfortable using technology and virtual communication platformsStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goalsProfessional and confident presence on Zoom and phone callsClient-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
Required SkillsAbility to pass a background checkReliable phone, computer, and internet connectionActive xzbcwsv Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within 7–10 days (we provide guidance)Schedule flexibility to meet client availability, including some evenings or weekends
