Business Development Manager – Wholesale VoIP (Immediate Start) Experience: 2–5 years Department: Sales About the Role We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team immediately and help grow our Wholesale VoIP business. You'll be responsible for winning new customers and carriers, managing existing accounts, and increasing traffic and revenue. Key Responsibilities Find and onboard new wholesale VoIP customers and vendors. Build strong relationships with existing clients and grow their business. Manage customer onboarding, including KYC, testing, and activation. Negotiate pricing, routes, and commercial agreements. Work with the NOC team to resolve routing and quality issues. Monitor traffic and quality (ASR, ACD, PDD) to improve performance. Prepare rate decks
