Hiring | Head of – D2 C & Quick Commerce

We are looking for a Head of – D2 C & Quick Commerce for a fast-growing consumer food/FMCG brand based in Chennai.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who understands how to build and scale a consumer business across D2 C, E-commerce and Quick Commerce.

Ideal Profile

Someone who has scaled a D2 C/e-commerce business while simultaneously driving significant Quick Commerce growth, and is comfortable owning both growth metrics and commercial outcomes.

What we're looking for:

8+ years of relevant experience in D2 C, E-commerce, Growth or Quick Commerce Strong hands-on experience with Quick Commerce platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. Experience in D2 C/consumer brands or e-commerce businesses Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention Experience with revenue ownership, P& L and unit economics Strong analytical and commercial mindset Candidates from FMCG, Food, Grocery, Staples, Packaged Food or Consumer Brands would be preferred Chennai-based candidates or candidates open to relocating to Chennai are encouraged to apply

What you'll be responsible for:

Own and drive D2 C revenue, growth and profitability Lead growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Quick Commerce platforms Develop and execute growth and revenue strategies across D2 C & Q-Commerce Own key business metrics including GMV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion and retention Drive customer acquisition, repeat purchases and lifecycle/CRM initiatives Manage performance marketing across Meta, Google and other relevant channels Own website merchandising, pricing, product catalogue, bundles and conversion optimisation Analyse channel performance and optimise pricing, promotions, assortment and trade spends Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to accelerate growth Own P& L / unit economics and ensure profitable growth Identify opportunities to scale marketplace presence and improve overall revenue contribution
