Information Security Analyst, this role is to protect company and customer data by monitoring for threats and implementing various security measures. Additional responsibilities include escalated response to security incidents, conducting security reviews, and taking the necessary steps to ensure the privacy, integrity, and availability of our information systems, services, and networks.You will support platforms that require you to obtain UK SC Clearance.Responsibilities:Provides senior level response to security alerts created across infosec alerting systemsOwns security escalations and provides support to junior level SOC membersCreates new security alerts and dashboards as neededBuilds security response mechanisms including automated triage and validation of security controls appliedPerforms threat hunting across information security log feedsCreates Infosec policies, procedures, and playbooksMonitors, investigates and responds to security incidentsPerforms root cause analysis on identified vulnerabilities and incidentsConducts security reviews and penetration testing across company products and servicesConducts vulnerability scanning and triages vulnerabilities across company productsMonitor changes in the network and network activity for threatsRequirements:Security certification such as, one or more of,Security+, GSEC, CompTIA CySA+, or Cisco Cyber Ops are desirableDemonstrated knowledge of information security concepts and best practicesHas a deep understanding of InfoSec concepts such as: cloud infrastructure, application security, vulnerability scanning, penetration testingExperience with SIEM tools, log observability, Azure or AWS and other infosec related apps and tools preferredBachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field preferredExperience building information security tools and scripts.Experience using AI tools (like Claude Code), to deliver data analysis and application development.Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and/or Elasticsearch.Experience diagnosing, documenting, and mitigating risk.Provides guidance and mentoring to junior staff.Familiar with SaaS application concepts: secure configuration, API’s, logging, access control, permissions, troubleshooting.Familiar with Docker and containerization is desirable.Familiar with OWASP top 10 and MITRE ATT CK Framework.Knowledge of various operating systems, ChromeOS, Linux, Mac, Windows.Able to navigate the linux command line.Strong verbal and written communication.Excellent time management and organization skills, Excellent Analytical skills.Our Fantastic BenefitsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
