We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage Technisanct’s social media presence, mainly LinkedIn, and support our marketing and communication activities.Key Responsibilities

• Manage Technisanct’s LinkedIn and other social media accounts.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Create and publish engaging content related to the company, products, services, and industry.
• Create basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall social media activity.
• Track social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
• Manage customer newsletters and company updates using mass mailing/email marketing platforms.
• Prepare and schedule mass emails and track basic campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and content for social media and newsletters.
• Ensure all content is accurate, professional, and published on time.

• Experience in social media management, especially LinkedIn.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Experience with mass mailing/email marketing platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Good creativity, coordination, and time-management skills.
