Sap ppqm consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementations and be willing to travel based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in and lead SAP PP/QM activities across the complete implementation lifecycle.
Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules based on business processes.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process mapping.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
Configure and support key PP processes including:
Master Data
BOM, Work Centers and Routings
Production Planning
MRP
Production Orders
Capacity Planning
Demand Management
Configure and support key QM processes including:
Quality Planning
Inspection Types
Inspection Plans
Quality Notifications
Results Recording
Usage Decision
Quality Certificates
Work on integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.
Participate in data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.
Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user manuals.
Conduct workshops and provide training/support to business users.
Analyze and resolve production issues and provide timely functional solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Travel to client locations as required.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of relevant SAP PP/QM experience.
Must have successfully participated in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration.
Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing business processes.
Strong knowledge of integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
Flexible and willing to travel to client locations based on project requirements.
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud/Public Cloud is an advantage.
SAP Activate methodology experience preferred.
Relevant SAP certification is an added advantage.
