Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-country APAC Network Refresh Program involving Cisco and Arista infrastructure modernization. The Project Manager will be responsible for governance, stakeholder management, deployment planning, RAID management, maintenance window coordination, executive reporting, and successful delivery of multiple migration waves.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance

Establish project governance. Drive communication plans. Conduct Steering Committee meetings. Manage stakeholder expectations. Maintain RACI Matrix.

Planning

Prepare master project schedule. Plan migration waves. Resource planning. Capacity planning. Risk-based deployment sequencing.

Delivery Management

Coordinate network engineers. Track deployment progress. Ensure milestone completion. Manage project timeline. Monitor KPIs.

Change Management

Coordinate CAB approvals. Schedule maintenance windows. Track implementation approvals. Manage production changes.

RAID Management

Maintain and monitor:

Risks Actions Issues Dependencies

Drive timely mitigation and resolution.

Vendor Coordination

Strong governance and executive communication skills. Experience managing geographically distributed teams and maintenance window execution.

Preferred Certifications

PMP (Preferred) PRINCE2 (Preferred) PMI-ACP (Preferred) ITIL Foundation CCNA/CCNP (Preferred)
