Campaigns move quickly when everyone has the right materials and knows the next deadline. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Phoenix to bring those details together and help the team deliver its marketing plans.
What you’ll work onKeep campaign calendars and task lists current.Draft and proofread short emails, updates, and promotional copy.Gather information from colleagues before materials are finalized.Prepare materials for local marketing activities.Track feedback and put together simple campaign updates.
You should write clearly, stay organized across several tasks, and feel comfortable following up with people. Marketing experience is helpful, but we will also consider work in events, customer-facing roles, student projects, or community organizations. A specific degree is not required.This is an on-site position in Phoenix.
