Turbomachinery Mechanical Design Engineer

Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars seeks a Component Design Engineer for turbomachinery to develop high‑precision components for ultra‑luxury vehicles. You will own concept-to-production design of compressors, turbines, and related systems, using CAD/CAE to optimize performance, durability, NVH, and manufacturability. Partner with powertrain, manufacturing, and testing teams to validate designs through simulation, rig, and vehicle tests. You’ll apply DFMEA, GD&T, and materials expertise to ensure quality, cost, and safety targets, while contributing to continuous improvement in a craftsmanship‑driven, highly collaborative environment.
