Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities Source and identify suitable commercial retail spaces for F&B brands across assigned markets. Conduct property evaluation, and location feasibility studies. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, brokers, and property owners. Negotiate commercial lease terms, rentals, lock-in periods, fit-out periods, CAM charges, and other key commercial conditions. Draft, review, and coordinate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and related commercial documentation. Lead end-to-end leasing transactions from property identification to deal closure. Coordinate with legal, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate property databases, leasing reports, and market intelligence. Achieve leasing targets while ensuring high
