Hiring: Assistant Professors (Commerce & Management)

• Number of Positions: 2
• Target Audience: Teaching undergraduate BBA and BCom students
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching/academic experience required

We are hiring one faculty member for each of the following distinct areas:

• Track 1: Banking & Finance ( Core Banking Operations, Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Investment Banking).
• Track 2: Data Analytics ( Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, SQL/Python for Business, and Applied Statistics).

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: UGC-NET / SET / SLET qualified OR Ph.D. completed / currently pursuing in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching/academic experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
• Skills: Strong subject matter expertise, practical/industry orientation, and exceptional classroom engagement and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, practical lab sessions, and case study discussions for BBA and BCom courses.
• Mentor students in academic projects, capstone studies, and career development.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancements, departmental initiatives, and campus activities.
