Skyray Ventures · India

Skyray Ventures is seeking a highly technical, AI-native Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder to analyse, automate, and optimise business processes across all departments. You will identify where humans are doing work that AI agents can do better, build the automation, deploy it, and hand it to a single operator to manage.

Your mandate: turn a 5-person department into 1 person running AI workflows.
