Pricing Executive (Freight Forwarding mandatory)

Job Title: Pricing Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

CTC: ₹3.5–4.2 LPA

Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM | Monday–Friday

Industry: Freight Forwarding / E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing, quotations, and commercial proposals accurately and within TAT.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and gather required information for quotations.
• Initiate conversations with new prospects and manage opportunities from inquiry to quotation and business handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM records , including customer details, communications, quotations, follow-ups, and opportunity status.
• Schedule and track follow-ups to ensure no qualified opportunities are missed.
• Prepare revenue, margin, and profitability estimates for potential business.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure commercially viable and operationally feasible proposals.
• Ensure smooth handover of won business to the implementation/operations team.
