Overview Radiology Technologist – MRI Tech travel assignment in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Start date: 08/31/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,278–$2,344. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Weekend night schedule (7:00 pm–7:30 am with Fri 8:00 pm–8:30 am and Sat/Sun 7:00 pm–7:30 am). Work setting: Hospital imaging department requiring on-site presence. Key Highlights

MRI system: Siemens Avanto VB19 experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform MRI exams using Siemens Avanto VB19 per physician orders and department protocols
Position patients, select coils, and set up protocols to optimize image quality
Monitor patient safety before, during, and after MRI procedures; screen for contraindications
Ensure accuracy of imaging, adjust parameters, and document procedural details
Administer contrast as indicated and within training/facility policy; observe and report reactions
Communicate findings and coordinate with radiologists and clinical staff to complete studies on schedule

Requirements

ARRT certification required
BLS certification required
MRI certification preferred
1+ year MRI experience preferred
Education: graduate of an accredited radiologic technology or MRI program
Ability to work weekend night shifts and participate in a travel assignment in Lancaster, PA
