Key Requirements:5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing experience2+ years in a senior QA roleStrong experience with test automation frameworksExperience with API and performance testingKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:Define and own the QA strategyBuild and maintain automation frameworks and test suitesEstablish quality standards and release quality gatesImprove test coverage and promote shift-left testingAnalyze test results, track defects, and report quality metricsMentor QA engineers and collaborate xzbcwsv with Engineering, Product, and Design teams
Preferred Qualifications:Agile/Scrum experienceCloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience scaling QA processes in growing teamsISTQB certification (preferred)
