About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management to lead the execution of corporate interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage Civil, Interior, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV coordination.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Lead and mentor Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and execution teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation before execution.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely project delivery.
• Support commercial management, change orders, cost control, and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Civil, Interior, and MEP project execution.
• Experience managing large commercial office fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
