Customer Technical Support

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our Voice Process team. The role involves assisting customers with printer-related queries, understanding their concerns, and providing basic troubleshooting support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to printer products and services .
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting guidance.
• Assist customers with basic printer setup, usage, and technical concerns.
• Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and process guidelines.
• Provide accurate and courteous resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when required.
• Maintain professionalism and meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility & Assessment Criteria

• Voice Process experience is preferred; freshers with good communication & basic computer knowledge may also be considered.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

Language Requirements

We are hiring candidates proficient in the following languages:

• Bengali: 8 openings
• Tamil: 2 openings
• Kannada: 3 openings
• Malayalam: 2 openings

Work Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
• Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Shift Duration: Any 9-hour shift within the given window
