RN Outpatient Float Pool

UCHealth, a Colorado-based nonprofit health care system, is seeking an RN Outpatient Float Pool nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across outpatient clinics. In this role, you will assess patients, support treatments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll adapt to different clinic settings and patient needs while documenting care and following safety and infection-prevention standards.
