My client is an AI-powered marketing technology platform helping large enterprise marketing teams launch e-mail campaigns inside regulated industries and they're growing inside some of the world's biggest brands.
The role:You'll own the entire post-sale relationship: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. You'll build and lead the team, define the customer lifecycle, bring AI into how CS actually operates, and report on the health of the revenue base to the exec team and board.
What they're looking for:8+ years leading CS, Renewals, or AM teams at a SaaS or AI company, ideally with large enterprise customersA real track record owning renewal rates, cutting churn, and driving expansionExperience working with marketing or martech buyers at large enterprises, ideally in regulated or brand-sensitive industriesYou've built AI into a team's operating model, not just used ChatGPT yourselfYou've hired and developed senior leaders and xzbcwsv scaled teamsBonus: a mix of post-sale and sales experienceComfortable presenting metrics and strategy to execs and the board
