In this role, you'll greet customers, identify their needs, and provide expert guidance on discounted furniture options. You'll ensure customer expectations are exceeded and follow up through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals Dependable, presentable and personable with the public Basic computer and typing skills needed Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks To help keep our associates and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
