The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent Background in K-12, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse projects Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive project success in the field Construction Management degree preferred or equivalent industry experience What's on Offer Salary ranging from USD 115.000 to 135.000 annually. 3-4 weeks PTO, 401(k), medical benefits, and student loan assistance Project portfolio ranging from $7M to $200M+ with a strong backlog of work Flexible culture, half-day Fridays, and clear opportunities for promotion and career progression
