Be Medic Academy is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and result-driven Education Counsellors to join us!

Position: Education Counsellor – Nutrition & Health

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹23,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives

⏳ Joining Preferenc e: Immediate Joiners

✅ Counsel prospective students regarding our healthcare education programs.

✅ Understand students’ career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.

✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups.

✅ Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.

✅ Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.

✅ Achieve monthly enrollment targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

The initial 8 days will include:

First 3 Days – Training:

You will receive training on our courses, counselling process, calling, CRM, and sales process.

Next 5 Days – OJT:

During the OJT period, you will be required to achieve either 3 successful sales OR ₹15,000 in revenue ./

✅ If you clear the OJT target: We will continue your employment with Be Medic Academy.

❌ If you are unable to clear the target: Your employment will not be continued after the OJT period. You will, however, be paid 50% of the applicable salary for the OJT days completed , as per company policy.

After 3 months , your performance will be reviewed. Based on your performance and overall contribution, your fixed salary may be increased .

✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

✔ Experience in Education Counselling, EdTech, Academic Sales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling is preferred.

✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

✔ Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Comfortable working in a remote environment.

✔ Immediate joiners preferred.
