Chartered accountant

<p> We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in Statutory Audit/Statutory compliance from a Big 4 or leading consulting firm, with prior exposure to manufacturing clients. </p> <p> Please note that only candidates with experience handling Indian manufacturing clients will be considered; experience limited to GCC/shared service clients will not meet the requirement. </p> <p> This is an excellent opportunity to transition into an in-house finance role within a fast-growing manufacturing organization. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities Lead and execute statutory audit engagements for manufacturing clients. Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS, the Companies Act, and applicable accounting standards. Evaluate and strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and identify process improvement opportunities. Review balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory authorities during audit and compliance activities. Support financial reporting, accounting policy implementation, and statutory compliance. Analyse financial statements and identify key business and financial risks. Assist in implementing best practices for finance processes and internal controls. Prepare management reports and support finance transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit and compliance requirements. </p><p> Desired Candidate Profile CA qualification is mandatory. 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit. Experience with Big 4 firms (EY, Deloitte, Pw C, KPMG) or reputed consulting firms is preferred. Must have audited manufacturing clients. </p> <p></p>
