Job Description
Axon is seeking a CAD & Fabrication Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to transform napkin sketches into fabrication-ready designs. You will develop 2D/3D models, oversee CNC and 3D printing, and coordinate fabrication workflows in a fast-paced maker-space.
You will lead technicians, ensure manufacturing feasibility, and maintain equipment. Proficiency in SolidWorks required; Fusion 360/Creo valued; 5+ years' experience preferred.
