System Administrator with Island Enterprise Browser (Local to Tampa, FL, Denver, Southfield, Memphis only)

Primary ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support the Island Enterprise Browser platform.Monitor platform health, performance, adoption, and security-related events.Configure and maintain browser policies, user groups, and security controls.Troubleshoot browser, authentication, application access, and connectivity issues.Support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.Partner with Network, Security, and Endpoint teams to resolve production issues.Perform software upgrades, maintenance activities, and configuration changes.Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.Assist with browser deployment activities through Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools.Support audit, compliance, and data protection initiatives.Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to operational standards and SLAs.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.Required SkillsEnterprise application administration and operational support.Island Enterprise Browser administration or equivalent browser management experience.Working knowledge of networking concepts including:TCP/IPDNSHTTP/HTTPSSSL/TLSVPN technologiesProxy servicesExperience with:Microsoft Entra IDActive DirectorySingle Sign-On (SSO)Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)Microsoft IntuneUnderstanding of endpoint security and data protection technologies.Experience supporting Windows endpoints and virtual desktop environments.Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.Experience with monitoring, logging, and operational support tools. xzbcwsv Basic PowerShell scripting skills preferred.
