Job Description: We are looking for an Oracle EBS Finance Consultant with 3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. Role: Oracle EBS Finance Consultant Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities : Work on Oracle EBS R12 Financials implementation and/or support projects . Work on modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management . Work on Oracle Projects , including project setup, project costing, project billing, revenue, and accounting. Understand business requirements and provide appropriate Oracle EBS solutions. Support project accounting and integration between Oracle Projects and Financials. Analyze and resolve functional issues and provide production support. Participate in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation activities. Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, test scripts, and project documentation. Support month-end and year-end financial activities. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and assist with data migration activities. Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements. Provide post-go-live support and assist with issue resolution and system stabilization. What we’re looking for: Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials Experience in implementation and/or support projects Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management & Oracle Projects Good understanding of accounting and financial processes Experience in Project Costing, Project Billing & Project Accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Finance/Accounting educational background preferred Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
