About the Role:

We're hiring a skilled Telecom Design Engineer to join a fast-growing team delivering UK telecom network rollout projects . This is a great opportunity for an experienced RAN design professional to work on telecom network design and delivery projects and grow within an international engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce and update Detailed Design (DD) packages based on survey data, site inputs, and client specifications
• Prepare and review site design drawings – layouts, schematics, GA drawings, and As-Built documentation
• Ensure full compliance with UK operator standards , planning regulations, and Health & Safety requirements
• Interpret site survey reports and translate them into structured engineering designs
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and construction teams to resolve design queries
• Maintain document control and design accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
• Support design approvals, QA, and document control

Must-Have Requirements:

• Must have 8–12 years of hands‑on telecom design experience in RAN projects.
• Strong AutoCAD expertise, along with MS Office and telecom documentation tools.
• Must have proven experience in Detailed Design (DD), Redlines, and As-Built documentation.
• Strong understanding of UK telecom rollout processes and operator standards
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Strong document control discipline and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
