About the role: The Workday Finance Systems Analyst is responsible for the ownership, configuration, and continuous improvement of Blackbaud’s financial systems, primarily Workday. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Legal teams to enable efficient, compliant, and scalable financial operations across the full finance lifecycle; from Record to Report and Order to Cash through Procure to Pay, Treasury, FP&A, Travel & Expense, and Tax. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, you will uncover what’s possible in the system, drive automation across financial processes, and ensure alignment with the organization’s compliance, audit, and operational standards.
